Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Develop and manage promotional campaigns that support loyalty program objectives, including point multipliers, tier benefits, and exclusive member events
- Coordinate on-property activations such as drawings, tournaments, and themed experiences
- Serve as emcee for promotional events, ensuring high energy and guest interaction
- Collaborate with CRM and database marketing teams to segment audiences and personalize offers
- Ensure promotions are aligned with loyalty tiers, player value, and behavioural insights
