The function provides direction to the project integrated quality lead, who is in turn responsible for managing the centralized functions associated with project execution team. Leading and managing a team of Projects Quality Engineers, Document Controllers and key Projects Quality personnel for ensuring the stages and decision gates within the Project Execution Plan (PEP) are fully facilitated and executed.
