            Requirements: 
Valid Grade 12 certificate. 
Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous; substantial industry experience will also be considered. 
At least 5-7years experience in sales, public relations or interior design. 
Minimum 46 years relevant industry experience. 
Proven experience working with Architects, Developers, Quantity Surveyors, Interior Designers, and Contractors. 
Strong knowledge of the building, construction, architectural, and specification sales environment. 
Experience in project-based selling, key account management, tender procedures, and construction project timelines. 
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, and specifications. 
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM systems. 
Existing network within the architectural and construction industry would be advantageous.
