**Position Description & Qualifications**
Serco is seeking a **Project/Program Analyst** to join our dynamic fast-paced SI2 business unit to assist management or clients by analyzing and coordinating services such as client programs, budget preparation and control, equipment utilization, records control, and special management studies by performing the following duties. Reviews, analyzes, prepares, develops, and modifies reports and/or client programs and policies. Analyzes procedures and workflow of a division or program, and recommends improvements in such areas as accounting, budget development, administration, and program management. Familiar with a variety of field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
