1. Ensure that the construction implementation is carried out in a timely, quality and economically driven.
2. Supervise every activity happening at site propelled by the approved drawings, program of works, technical requirement and within target budget especially with labor cost.
3.Understands and analyze the scope of works and limitations based on Project Contract.
4.Projects weekly activities based on project lookahead.
5.Ensures that the drawing/s including materials being utilized at site are approved.
6.Prepares site requirement by sending Requisition Slip to Project Coordinator most likely during mobilization.
7.Forecasts manpower trend on a weekly basis to project the tools and equipment as well.
8.Enhances the communication with the client through responsive behavior.
9.Identifies site management risks and opportunities to eliminate/convert the risk to opportunities.
