Account management within Dubai and Northern Emirates
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales booking, invoicing and margin target
- Generate new enquiries and customers, contractors, and sub‑contractors
- Review enquiries and guide application team in making quotations and submittals
- Follow up on submittals for approvals from client and consultant
- Familiarity with industry trends and competition
- Negotiate contractual commercial terms
- Coordinate with service team to provide after‑sales support to existing customers
- Project payment follow up and realization
- Bring critical customer requirements back into the development, production and marketing processes
- Input, monitor and update CRM data on a regular basis and prepare sales reports for management
