Job Responsibilities

• Participate in safety pre‑planning and hazard analysis with the project superintendent.
• Initiate and monitor project drug screening procedures.
• Conduct safety orientation and training for all employees and contract partners upon arrival on site.
• Perform all necessary safety training for an assigned project.
• Enforce the Haskell Company Code of Safe Practice throughout the project.
• Support the project superintendent in safety efforts and provide inspection and correction audits on a daily basis.
• Maintain follow‑up procedures to ensure all identified items are corrected in a timely fashion.
