Responsibilities - Responsible for cost estimation and BQ/tender submission with deadline
- Source, negotiate price and work with new and existing vendors
- Responsible for material order processing and cost control
- Project coordination and liaising with subcontractors and vendors.
- Attend site matters and handle clients’ needs.
- Assist Contract Manager on project administrative matters
- Update project accounts with clients and vendors
Requirements - Degree/Diploma in Building, Quantity Surveyor with equivalent qualifications.
- Min 3 year relevant experience in construction-related environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment
- Computer literacy and knowledge of AutoCAD are required.
- Knowledge of Architectural & ID works is an added advantage.
