An extensive knowledge about Company business and processes, and comprehensive understanding of the IT organization(s), procedures/processes associated delivering technical solutions that result in robust solutions capable of achieving the expected business outcomes.
Should have strong program and project management, communication, change management, analytical and organizational leadership skills.
Experience leading and facilitating multiple complex programs/projects that involved cross-functional teams comprised of IT staff and business unit personnel.
Prior experience developing project charters, project plans, budgets, program/project status reports, IT Governance and Controls, and facilitating stakeholders and sponsor updates.
