WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, including configuration, governance, and data quality managemen
• Solid knowledge of AI and automation technologies applied to the CMDB space
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders at various level
• Proactive and autonomous working approach, with the ability to take initiative and drive improvements independently
• Good level of English, both written and spoke
