+ Build scenarios to optimize schedules and secure delivery while managing costs.
+ Define the project strategies with the project core team.
+ Review and update project schedules as per latest strategy changes, to support decision-making processes.
+ Identify deviations to the schedule and animate discussions to find solutions.
+ Identify and proactively address potential scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and risks, proposing appropriate mitigation measures to ensure project success at the execution stage.
