Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate project progress on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Prepare, update, and control the project master schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Prepare, update, and analyze the Project S-Curve based on baseline and actual project progress.
• Ensure project execution aligns with the established timeline, progress targets, and project milestones.
• Analyze project progress deviations against the baseline schedule, including planned vs actual progress.
• Identify potential project delays and provide corrective action as well as recovery plan recommendations.
• Monitor physical project progress, work weight progress, and on-site achievement status.
• Track critical paths and monitor priority project activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams regarding project progress updates.
