A minimum of 10–15 years of experience in the Ontario EMS sector (land and air).
Project management experience, including establishing a critical path, identifying milestones and deliverables, contingency planning, task analysis, costing / budgeting, team building, and determining scope.
Strong Stakeholder and relationship management skills to negotiate operational impacts and build consensus among various parties.
Gather and develop requirements to create and maintain a detailed project and implementation schedules and/or integrated plans.
Experience developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
Ability to promote I&IT project management best practices and adherence to standard methodologies.
Demonstrated experience directing teams to ensure deliverables are delivered on time and adhere to government and ministry standards.
