            Responsibilities  Lead water infrastructure projects from early concept through detailed design, and construction support 
Own project delivery; scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk 
Act as the main point of contact for clients, authorities, and key stakeholders 
Chair and lead design and coordination meetings, ensuring clear actions and outcomes 
Manage design approvals, permits, and statutory submissions 
Provide technical oversight for stormwater and pipeline hydraulic design 
Review and approve design reports, drawings, calculations, and tender documents 
Support construction teams by resolving design queries, and constructability issues 
Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and financial performance 
 Qualifications  Minimum a Degree in Civil, Environmental, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering from Singapore PEB-recognized university
