Responsibilities - Definition and continuous improvement of material flow and warehouse standards (process, equipment, …) within the plants.
- Definition and coordination of logistics standards and projects for operational efficiency, cost drivers, KPIs, logistics benchmark.
- Identification of logistics related improvement potentials in the plants, good/best practices within/outside VC regarding process, factory layout, equipment for material flow, warehouse, KPIs, …
- Run and participate in integral, cross functional / department projects to support with logistics know how.
- Logistics Assessments concept across plants to develop and maintain.
Qualifications - Academical degree with main focus on logistics or engineering.
- Project & process management in the area of logistics processes.
