Lead complex and challenging international projects from its planning to execution and completion including the entire project organization and control.
Oversee the development of the master project schedule and manage its implementation.
Monitor projects quality deadlines and cost control.
Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for key stakeholders.
Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously from pre-construction to closeout.
Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements at all times.
Participate in tender process i.e. design submission and review.
Provide leadership in risk evaluation contract negotiations fee and pricing decisions.
Tender negotiate and award supplier contracts for subcontracting services.
Collaborate with Crew Management on resource planning of assigned projects using EasyJob software.
