Responsibilities
  • Ensure work performed on-site comply with the pub & local authority requirements.
  • Co-ordinate & supervise all projects.
  • Liaise with Clients / Architect / Main Contractors.
  • Attend site meetings and inspections.
  • Oversee all work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites.
  • Prepare progress claims.
  • Prepare technical submissions and method statements.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years relevant experience in plumbing sanitary and minor sewer works.
  • With class 3 license.
  • Can speak Mandarin.
