Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of works for daily site progress.
Manage field construction supervisors and plant and equipment supervisors to ensure effective coordination and execution of tasks.
Ensure construction and equipment installation works are executed in accordance with contract specifications, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement strategies in construction management to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
Role Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years managing the construction of major projects
