• Responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion and handing over, including during the Defects Liability Period.

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of Building and MEP (Mechanical & Electrical & Plumbing) projects.

• Managing clients, consultants, contractors and specialists, monitoring project progress, coordinating internally and externally on project matters

• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and deliver projects within scope, cost, and schedule.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
