Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end project management of the Company’s new build and A&A works, from design development to tendering through to execution, completion, and handover to Operations or Leasing, covering both pre- and post-construction phases. Prepare and manage project budgets, administer tender processes, and provide regular cost and financial reports to Management. Review and ensure all architectural, structural, and M&E drawings and works comply with applicable regulations, codes, and by-laws of relevant authorities. Monitor and control project progress to ensure alignment with specifications, timelines, and approved budgets.
