Responsibilities - To oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of interior fit‑out and A&A (Additions & Alterations) projects.
- Responsible to ensure projects is constructed per requirements for commercial offices, retail outlets, or healthcare facilities and strictly adhering to Singapore’s building regulations.
- Project Execution: Manage the full project lifecycle from site mobilisation to final handover and defect rectification.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, consultants, landlords/end users and sub‑contractors/vendors.
- Site Supervision: Monitor on‑site progress, ensure quality of workmanship.
- Technical Review: Review architectural shop drawings and technical specifications to ensure alignment with design intent and local codes.
Qualifications Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in fit‑out project management are strongly encouraged to apply.
