Job Description & Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall project execution
from project award, planning, and implementation through to final completion and handover.
Provide strategic leadership and direction
to the project team, including Assistant Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth project delivery.
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
to ensure projects are completed within contractual timeline, cost, and quality requirements.
Review and approve shop drawings and technical submissions
in coordination with the Drafting Department prior to submission to the Client and/or Landlord.
Manage client, consultant, and landlord relationships
