            Responsibilities  Lead and support a team of engineers to manage projects, system setup, support, and pre‑sales 
Help the Sales team with pre‑sales work and tenders 
Work with other departments like Sales, Operations, and Finance to make sure everything runs smoothly 
Keep the team updated with project and company news 
Review team performance, set goals, and give feedback 
Prepare budgets and plans for new tools and systems 
Monitor subcontractors to make sure they meet our quality standards 
 Job Requirements  Possess minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications 
Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Security Industry
