Job Description
Carry out project planning, cost control and project documentation
Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub‑contractors, Client, and Consultants to ensure overall construction progress based on the schedule of works
Ensure timely and smooth progress of works
Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety & environmental regulations are complied with
Lead a team of project staff
Planning, scheduling, accomplishing, and coordinating the management of the project.
Prepare all project document under the contract scope.
Liaising, negotiating, and managing sub‑suppliers/sub‑contractors in the region with respect to procurements and in‑situ execution of sales contracts or projects.
