Key Responsibilities

• Conduct a pre-study of current investment, analytics, and portfolio review processes.
• Document as‑is processes in detail and identify potential gaps or inefficiencies.
• Analyze processes to recommend transformation opportunities for optimization and streamlining.
• Collaborate with Investment Managers and key stakeholders to understand system requirements and workflow needs.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and process documentation to serve as groundwork for the PMS implementation project.
