            Responsibilities  Own and manage the entire delivery process for assigned orders from initiation to completion 
Coordinate with internal teams and contracted third-party resources to meet customer requirements and timelines 
Provide clear and consistent updates to customers throughout the entire delivery life cycle 
Manage technical tasks including ordering Internet Circuits, Hosted VoIP projects, and number porting processes 
Oversee SDWAN implementations and document project dependencies and priorities 
Drive successful outcomes by utilizing hands‑on delivery expertise 
 Requirements  Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry 
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Service Delivery and/or Project Management 
Hands‑on experience with VoIP, SDWAN implementation, and Internet Circuit ordering with various carriers
