What You’ll Do

• Administer and manage online market research projects end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and maintain direct client contact throughout all project phases
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions
• Oversee customer specifications, quality control processes, and data collection scheduling

Who We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in market research firms
• Strong English communication skills with enthusiasm to practice daily
• Project management experience across different areas (a plus!)
