Strategically driving and directing short-to-long-term business objectives
Managing projects through Development (design, build, test) and Limited Release (pilot deployment with select customers) before full market launch
Defining, documenting, and reporting on project scope, objectives, timelines, constraints, and desired outcomes for assigned EWS programs
Setting and managing stakeholder engagement across all organizational levels
Identifying, mitigating, and managing project risks
Identifying opportunities for business improvement through process optimization
