Drills down to root causes of performance issues, collaborating with business and process owners
Provides meaningful process –related insights and analyses using data analytics and technology and making clear and concise recommendations to increase operational efficiency (e.g. cost reduction, increase revenue) and presenting these recommendations to Management for strategic decision-making.
