I’m currently working with a highly respected main contractor renowned for delivering some of the UK’s most prestigious private homes, heritage restorations, and bespoke country estates. They’re seeking a Project or Contracts Manager who can take full ownership of complex, design-led residential projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality, programme, and client service.

Initial projects include the high quality refurbishments of a private residences, defined by heritage detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury. The forward pipeline consists exclusively of bespoke residential projects, with contract values ranging from £5m to £20m.
