To safely manage projects in accordance with scope, budget, programme, and quality constraints, while ensuring project income and costs are effectively controlled and actioned in a timely manner. This includes managing contract variations and changes efficiently, as well as overseeing the on-site operational efficiency and performance of ENWS and subcontractor construction teams. A key responsibility is to ensure adherence to the company’s safety policy, codes of practice, safety rules, and full CDM compliance. Additionally, it is essential to deliver excellent customer service through the ENWS team, provide regular progress reports to the Programme Manager, and proactively discuss project issues with the ENWS Leadership team alongside potential solutions to ensure timely delivery.
