Implement stringent measures to expedite JMS signing and Work Order closures by Project Managers and engineers.
Spearhead the closure of legacy projects including B2/D2 ensuring 100% completion through rigorous coordination of remaining deliverables and enforcing accountability across teams.
Function as the primary liaison with RTA for critical performance updates and reporting.
Conduct and preside over monthly client review meetings critically assessing progress challenges and implementing robust solutions.
Orchestrate the comprehensive reorganisation of RTA-owned spare parts under our custody ensuring optimal inventory management.
