Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed technical specifications, budgets, and project plans for Planned Maintenance Projects (PMPs), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Operational Supervision: Oversee shipyard operations, suppliers, and the entire supply chain to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Monitoring & Reporting: Manage both technical and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle, providing accurate progress reports and post-project evaluations.
HSE Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards for all stakeholders involved in project activities.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous enhancement of procedures, standards, and best practices within the Technical Department.
