The idóneo candidate has experience in managing customer projects and service delivery in the telecommunications and/or IT industry. This role directly interfaces with Customers and Partners, as well as AudioCodes internal Sales, Service Delivery, Product Management, Operations, and Support teams. Seeking a candidate with a strong customer focus, technical background in the deployment and operations of communications and IT systems, ability to manage customer experience from pre-sales through delivery to coordinating ongoing managed services.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to create deployment project plans, scopes of work, and schedules.
• Drive customer readiness activities, set and manage customer expectations, and manage daily operational aspects of AudioCodes deployments.
