Project Manager Required - Industrial Refurbishment - Leicestershire - Up to £350 Per Day - Immediate Start
We are recruiting for the market leader within the Industrial/logistics sector looking to assign a Project Manager on a scheme running for 6 months.
The Project
500,000 ft² Warehouse – 2 Units.
Main Scope of Works
- Racking and storage – Pallet racking, shelving, protection, load notices
- MHE and charging – Charger supplies, parking, barriers, ventilation
- Mechanical services – HVAC, ventilation, water, drainage, BMS
- Electrical services – Power, lighting, containment, testing
- Fire systems – Fire alarm, sprinklers, emergency lighting, fire stopping
- Offices/welfare – CAT A B fitout Partitions, ceilings, finishes
- Chilled/frozen areas – Insulated panels, refrigeration, doors, temperature monitoring
