Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Manager for K12 bond program. Provide oversight of all phases of a project - predesign management, procurement, construction, closeout and warranty. Review of design team proposals, design and construction guidelines, schedules, project documentation including RFIs, ASIs for compliance with contract documents. Provide on-site quality assurance of work. Must have thorough understanding of how a project is developed, including alternative delivery methods, and the design and construction processes. Will provide onsite project leadership to designers, contractors, and other vendors.Performs other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications:
