He/She is to proactively manage enterprise application development and operation, ICT(Information and Communication Technology)governance and performance management, including managing a portfolio of maintenance and development projects.

He/She will require good end-to-end understanding of the development of a mission critical system, from network infrastructure, operating systems, database storage to web application, including management of proper project governance processes, managing project stakeholders, end users and vendor management and their respective contracts.

He/She will be responsible for managing and monitoring Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) requirements to ensure the contractual requirements level are met; to maintain long term healthy customer.
