Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring targets for quality, cost, safety, and schedule are achieved.
- Report project progress to senior management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and review project schedules, method statements, technical submissions, and risk assessments.
- Conduct project coordination and site safety meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of building construction experience.
- Completed at least one HDB, or hotel project as a Project Manager.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
