Project Manager - Fleet Innovation

About the Role:
We are seeking a driven Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, procurement, and delivery of complex fleet, plant, and innovation projects. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of engineering, sustainability, and digital transformation. Overseeing everything from electrical vehicle/hydrogen fleet trials to telematics and workshop digitalisation.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end project governance: business cases, charters, budgets, risks, benefit maps and monthly reporting

Develop technical specifications for heavy vehicles and plant (RCVs, sweepers, civil fleet), applying life-cycle costing and ISO 55000, leading on pre-delivery and acceptance testing

Drive Electrical Vehicle/Hydrogen transition; duty-cycle modelling, charger, energy management, and grant submissions
