Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Governance: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets. Establish and enforce project governance aligned with the company’s IT PMO standards and policies. Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
