            Responsibilities Oversee the complete project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring and handover. 
Develop project plans, schedules and execution strategies to ensure timely completion. 
Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and site personnel. 
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities for smooth project delivery. 
Review and approve project drawings, specifications and technical submissions. 
Monitor project progress, quality standards, cost control and resource allocation. 
Ensure construction activities comply with approved plans, UAE regulations, safety and quality requirements. 
Identify project risks, delays and technical challenges and implement corrective actions. 
Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project reports. 
Manage subcontractor performance and ensure contractual obligations are met.
