You'll directly manage the creative planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of design projects, always staying ahead of issues and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
You'll work closely with designers and partner with studio leaders to constantly improve output. You'll understand needs and constraints, provide feedback to designers and stay up to date on brand and process changes
You'll manage projects and complex programs, assigning tasks, providing guidance and support and evaluating performance to help build a positive culture and a high performing team
You'll manage the quality of deliverables, ensuring all design work meets our high standards and provide feedback where necessary
You'll act as a primary liaison with internal clients. You'll champion their needs, proactively communicate and consult leveraging your expertise regarding the best design processes and any potential tradeoffs to help meet their objectives
