Project Planning and Execution : Develop comprehensive project plans for the initiative, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the agreed goals.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, report on and proactively manage risks associated with the project.
Stakeholder Coordination : Collaborate with multiple teams within IT to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to executive stakeholders.
