They have a strong pipeline of projects across London with a focus onplex Refurb/Cut & Carve and New Build.We are looking for a Project Manager to take the Lead on a Central London 8 storey, 400 unit project, taking it from site set up to Handover. You will:

Lead the delivery of construction projects from pre-construction and design coordination through to practicalpletion and client handover.

Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Identify and mitigate programme risks, proactively addressing issues that could impact project delivery.

Monitor project progress against agreed programmes, producing short-term and phase-specific plans to support successful execution.
