Responsibilities


+ Oversee and coordinate multiple construction and steel fabrication/erection projects from kickoff through completion

+ Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, field crews, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports

+ Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance and accuracy

+ Track material procurement, fabrication schedules, and delivery timelines

+ Oversee field installation and erection activities to meet quality and safety standards

+ Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation

+ Conduct project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
