Construction Manager - Bucharest, Romania

A renewable energy developer is seeking a Construction Manager to support the delivery of large-scale clean energy projects, including solar PV, onshore wind, and battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Romania.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to procurement processes (RFQ/RFP), technical scopes, and contractual negotiations
• Review engineering designs and liaise with designers and Balance of Plant (BoP) contractors
• Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, schedule, and budget targets
• Prepare and manage all documentation required prior to construction commencement
