Support the Director of Construction in coordinating internal and external project resources for new hauling and transfer facilities and facility improvement projects while promoting consistency with brand standards, sustainability objectives, contracts, and construction plans.Coordinate with external partners, including architects, engineers, contractors, attorneys, consultants, and governmental representatives, to support projects from concept through completion.Assist with negotiating agreement terms, coordinating contract drafting, and obtaining required permits and licenses.Review architectural plans, drawings, vendor proposals, and other design and construction documents, and provide recommendations to the Director.Support the project RFP process, including review of bid packages, management of RFIs, review of material quotes, and assistance with le...
