The Project Manager - Construction and Maintenance will plan, coordinate, and direct construction, renovations, retrofits, and repairs to Werner's buildings and infrastructure. Project Leadership: Manage site planning, facility upgrades, and capital investments, from project inception through construction, bid, and award. Budgeting & Contracting: Develop and control project budgets, review payment applications, and manage vendor contracts.
