Key Role Managing the programmes from forecasting, cost management, securing profitability of project, to ensuring compliance to specifications, regulations and schedules and evaluation of contractors and suppliers.
Principal Accountabilities
Oversee the planning, implementation of security and safety of the sites and maintenance of the sites and dormitories and assets throughout the project cycles
Site Activities Management – Plan, manage and coordinate all matters relating to work/construction programmes
Develop Construction Programmes to meet Contract Delivery Dates
Monitor, control and ensure projects are carried out according Project Schedule and Budget, etc
Coordinate with Consultants, Architects and Sub-contractors & relevant authorities and direct construction workers and contractors
Select tools, materials and equipment and manage inventory
Ensure compliance to technical specifications
Ensure reduction in wastage of materials in building projects
