Position: Project Manager - Civil

Experience: Minimum 12 years

Location: Dubai UAE

Salary Range: AED 35000 - 45000 (Negotiable - Subject to performance in the Interview)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage civil engineering aspects of high-rise building projects ensuring successful delivery on time within scope and on budget.

Lead project teams and coordinate with various stakeholders including architects consultants contractors and regulatory authorities.

Review and approve engineering designs construction plans and project specifications.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all building codes safety standards and regulations.

Manage and control project resources budgets and timelines.

Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and construction-related issues as they arise.
